• Since 2019 our programs have been curated and delivered by leaders and world-class executive coaches.

• We attract hundreds of delegates from prominent companies such as Disney, Clearwater, Ascential plc, Vodafone, Cannes Lions, Informa plc, Osborne Clarke, and Softbank.

• In partnership with Plan International UK and leveraging funds from the UK government's FCDO, we've raised over £800,000 for the Zimbabwe SAGE project, helping to fund education for marginalised girls in Zimbabwe.

• We are organised and run by philanthropic volunteers, and the generous contributions by our speakers and sponsors.
