I founded Courageous Leaders to empower leaders to find the courage to build a better world.
With 30 years’ experience in large-scale global corporates, private equity, listed and startup businesses, I have amassed significant global experience, making me a versatile and unique leader. I’ve been recognised and awarded on multiple occasions for my transformational change work and recently as a DEI Executive Role Model, listed no. 10 with notable and prominent CEOs by the INvolve Group. I’ve mentored, coached and advised leaders and emerging leaders to achieve their unique goals.
I create a safe space to develop a deep sense of self, working through the issues that get in the way of being the best leader. I encourage dialling up core values and understanding the best practices to address emotional irregularity.
