Our network of delegates are leaders. Each leader has a purpose to fulfil and each leader can grow to make a positive and meaningful difference in the world. Our event always features opportunities for leaders to tell their story, often sharing their experiences about how they found courage, overcame hardship to lead with purpose.

• Since 2019 our programs have been curated and delivered by leaders and world-class executive coaches.

• We attract hundreds of delegates from prominent companies such as Disney, Clearwater, Ascential plc, Vodafone, Cannes Lions, Informa plc, Osborne Clarke, and Softbank.

• In partnership with Plan International UK and leveraging funds from the UK government's FCDO, we've raised over £600,000 for the Zimbabwe SAGE project, helping to fund education for marginalised girls in Zimbabwe.

• We are organised and run by philanthropic volunteers, and the generous contributions by our speakers and sponsors.
